Use positive affirmations to raise your frequency to create your abundance. For example, a wonderful affirmation is simply: "I have an abundance of money" or "I always have more than enough money for everything I need". Say these affirmations several times throughout the day to cancel any old negative limiting thoughts. You can use post-it notes on your refrigerator, bathroom mirror, office and even in your car! Set a reminder in your phone that says the affirmation so that everyday you are reminded to think abundantly! Notice how you are becoming more and more abundant everyday!

We are in 2013! Can you believe it? Wow, time flies and it almost feels like the time bends, and may it does, because some distant memories seem like yesterday and others feel like forever ago. Also, I just celebrated my 40th birthday yesterday and I honestly have to say I stopped feeling my age ever since I started working with the angels about a decade ago. It truly feels like there is no time and the only aging that occurs is what we believe to be happening because we are attached to this illusion of time. But I have noticed that just like we can manifest our dreams into reality, we can work with time! Time can be bent! But we have stepped into 2013 and this is the new world! I feel like anything is possible, always has been but even more so NOW!
Unicorns in the heart
When the new age began at night dec 21st for me I felt the worlds thoughts and feelings overwhelm my senses for a few hours. For a couple of hours I could not see my angels or my guides because of the thick intense layer of energy, (perhaps fear of groups of people?). I was surprised because I always see and hear my angels crystal clear. So that night it was different, and then a unicorn appeared to me as I was near sleep. I couldn't see angels, but wow, the unicorn was more clear and vivid than perhaps anything I have ever seen! The familiar unicorn, that I had seen before in meditations, appeared full of color and clear as a photograph. I jumped on top of the unicorn and she started riding away form the blurry earthy energies. She took me to the land of the Unicorns where there were many others waiting for me. It was all so incredibly vivid it is hard to explain. I think i can only explain it in a way like, if you are used to not wearing glasses, you see pretty well because you are used to the vision that isn't very sharp, then you put your new glasses on and all the edges just jump out and it feels almost unnaturally clear. This is what the unicorns looked like to me. I realized that they took me to their land to rest from the earthly fearful energies, some people fearing the end of the world. Mayans however, of course never implied that to happen. In fact, it was called the Creation day, a new era would begin. There were rainbows and abundant beautiful meadows with flowers. I know this is a place in my heart, so I wont have to travel far to go back! I believe the unicorns came to me to show that a new era has began. A time when we are vibrating at a higher frequency and can see unicorns better and more and more people can connect with these amazing beings that are purest of them all! I ask that you close your eyes and invite the Unicorns into your heart. Let them be-YOU-tify your heart with blessings, color, happiness and joy! Imagine seeing unicorns in your heart and listen to what they have to say.
My intention this year
I feel so grateful that I was invited to the "Unicornia", because I now have more faith than ever that we, in fact did enter New Earth. Heaven on Earth is closer than ever. I feel that my work is needed now more than ever and your positive intentions are needed more than ever! I dedicate this year to all of you and in making dreams come true, for you and for me. Your dreams are so important, big or small. My intention this year is to truly help us create a happier life and bring more healing to this world. And I am sending my blessings and wishes that you will have the courage and intention to make those dreams come true! And if you would like my help, I am more than happy to do so. How to know you are connected with Beings of Light instead of Beings of Darkness?
I find this question to be very important and I hear it often from my clients when they first start channelling or communicating with their Angels. As we know so well there are many levels of existence, some are higher than us (Angels, Ascended Masters) and some are lower than us (astral level spirits that didn’t go into the light after death, false masters/”angels” etc.). This is true in our physical lives too. Some people are highly evolved (Mother Theresa, Gandhi) and some are in lower levels of spiritual growth, such as those attracted to hurting themselves or others, using/selling drugs etc. The steps I go through really are meant to help you not only to separate real angels from false ones but also separate people that are in the light from those that aren’t. Our thoughts create our reality in every level of existence, spiritual as well as physical so same rules apply. You can use these steps everyday. (If you would like to try automatic writing, you can do so anytime. Just take a few deeps breaths before you get started have a pen and paper ready, say your little prayer, write your question and then simply begin writing your reply. You might not realize you are channelling until you read what you wrote later and notice its different from what you usually write. Dont worry whether its from your Angel or from your own higher self. You are a wise being too. As long as the message is loving and positive, keep going!)
Step 1. DECLARE THE UNIVERSE THAT YOUR CHOICE IS THE LIGHT. When I first started working with angels, I felt the need to declare my choice to the Universe and that ASKED THAT I ONLY COMMUNICATE WITH BEINGS FROM THE LIGHT! So I said that out loud and felt safe with my decision. I work with the spirit world every single day and I extremely rarely ever get bothered by anything other than pure Light Beings. This decision is absolutely the first and most important step when beginning channeling or seeking connection to the other side. This decision also helps you attract people to your life whose souls already are in the Light. Its really up to you who you begin attracting. So if you are intrigued my the “darker beings” then you attract them with that fascination. Interest is a form of a choice. If you don’t want to be interested in dark beings, and you are at this time, you can ask the Angels to heal that part in your soul where that desire exists. However, I must say that some people are meant to look into the dark side just so they can help heal the world and bring more light. For example, there are so called ghosts, that can benefit from people helping send them to the light or warriors of light who want to fight the negative energies. They might require knowledge of them and that would serve the Light. However, most of us do not benefit from hanging out with darker energies. If you love horror movies then you most likely haven’t made your “ONLY THE LIGHT” contract with the Universe. I am not saying there is anything wrong with watching horror movies, but my point is that everything is a choice.
Step 2. KEEP YOUR OWN ENERGY CLEAR The more clear your energy is the less anything negativity can attach to you. There are many ways to clear your self. Clearing includes all parts of you. The healthier you eat, the clearer channel your body is. Drinking lots of water allows toxins to be washed out from your body. Sleeping enough, taking vacations, remembering to breath throughout the day and overall simply taking care of you is important. A very important level of clearing is also mind control. Try to avoid negative thoughts as much as possible. Like attracts like. So if you want your life to be happy, have happy thoughts. If you want to communicate with Angels, believe that you are magnet for these Light Beings. Also, remember that your home reflects your energy, so if its very cluttered then you are likely to have several unresolved feelings within you and those are a magnet for fearful thoughts, which then attracts more negativity.
Step 3. ASK YOUR ANGELS TO PROTECT YOU. I work closely with Archangel Michael. Anytime I am introduced to a new Angel or a new person in my life, I ask Archangel Michael to check them out and protect me from getting too involved with them if their intentions are not good. This works wonderfully. We can still, however, attract negative people if its a part of our karmic lesson which ultimately leads to more Light. You can always ask the angels to hold a protective and loving space around you when you are connecting with the spirit world as well as in the physical. And the reason I am talking about both in this article is because I don’t personally separate spiritual and physical world anymore too much. Of course, they are a different experience, however same ideas and rules apply to both. We are the creators of our own experiences internally and externally. What you feel inside, what you experience in your inner spiritual world, manifests also in the your life one way or another. Also, don’t forget to shield your energy. Even if you would be completely pure, we live in a world where many type of energies are mixed so you will have impurities in your energy as long as you carry a physical body. Surround yourself with protective light of the Angels. You can imagine, see or simply ask that Angels put a shielding light energy bubble of deep blue, gold and purple light and ask that positivity and love can get through this shield but anything that does not serve your highest good stays out!
Step 4. YOUR INTUITION AND YOUR EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM. We have been given this incredible sophisticated and completely accurate navigating system that are our emotions. If you are channelling or let’s even say speaking with a new person. Trust your inner gut. If you feel tense, fear, uncomfortable energy then you are most likely connecting with a false guide who doesn’t have anything wise to share with you. Always, learn from the best, the wisest and the highest beings possible. What if you are channelling your late aunt or grandfather and feel this way? Well, if they weren’t in the light, wise and loving while they were living, they are most likely not enlightened on the other side either. So even, if their intention is genuinely to help you and offer their advice, if they are not in the light they cannot help you. Then it would be best to simply send them your love, thank them and let them go. If you feel loved, words are positive and have not should or shouldn’t there then you can trust the information that you are channelling. Same rules apply with people you meet in physical world. Light Beings always make you feel good about yourself, they radiate light and their words are encouraging and loving.

TWIN FLAMES AND CONNECT WITH YOUR TWIN FLAME MEDITATION
I wanted to do this show on Twin Souls because its something so many people are talking about and thinking about!
It may seem like a new thing, but the knowledge of twin flames is hardly anything new. In the ancient civilization called Atlantis, many twin flames were united and lived many life times simply enjoying the highest form physical human experience in the Golden Age. Also Plato, the great Greek philosopher who lived in Athens about 300-400 before Christ, also talked about twin flames. He said something like this:
“And when one of them meets with his other half, the actual half of himself, the pair are lost in an amazement of love and friendship and intimacy and one will not be out of the other’s sight even for a moment.”
Twin Souls are one soul divided into masculine and feminine energies, but each of them are whole, complete Beings.
We have certainly known about twin flames for a long time and people have been desperately seeking their twin flame in all relationships. Everytime the relationship falls apart we are disappointed in the other person feeling betrayed they werent what we wanted them to be. The truth is that most humans have not been ready for a succesfull union with our twins until now. All of us arent ready for the now either but more people are now than ever before! Twins have been physically separated for thousands of years, allthough there are expections of course and some twins have been together since the fall of Atlantis as well. Most people who wanted to stay with their twin had to go to other planets where vibration was higher. But many of us Atlantean souls chose to stay here to help us raise our frequnecy again, knowing that we can once again unite with our twins here on Earth and continue our spiritual growth on this planet and help the universe expand. The point is.. our vibration hasnt been high enough, but now as we are ascending our vibration is becoming ready to meet our twin in this lifetime.
Personally I have been seeing my twin flame in my meditations for the past ten years now. At first I didn’t know he was my twin, I hadn’t heard about twin souls then, but he kept telling me that we grow together and we are the same, I always felt a unique connection with my twin whom I used to call Christopher. We shared a beautiful life together in Atlantis and I can’t wait to meet him in person again!
To prepare ourselves for the reunion, we need to undersrtand the burden the thoughts patterns we have about relationships between lovers.. we have taught ourselves to believe the strangest things about love. We have taught ourselves falsely of course that love has something to do with jealousy, abandonment, rejection, betrayal, pain…. but of course, that is not love.. that is our ego acting, talking.. Old fashioned relationships, so called karmic relationships often are full of these traits and end up in even physical, mental of verbal violence. That is of course not love. As long as we keep seeking happiness from the other persona and dont realize that love exists within us, or in fact that we are LOVE, we keep attracting more and more lessons of love until we are ready for an ascended relationship.
But when we finally do meet each other, it will be unlike anything we have experience before in this lifetime and in a LONG time! If you are also interested in meeting your Twin, I am giving a guided meditation in my show THU 12PM and hopefully you can’t join me and do the meditation with me.

Hello everyone,
I had a great show today!! I had a very special guest on my show Heaven on Earth on www.12Radio.com today as the amazing Psychic Katt joined me for the hour! Psychic Katt is truly an inspirational person her energy is very magnetic and fascinating so her presence on my show really felt good! Last week she was on Marks Power Peek Hour on HayHouse radio, and now she was my guest. Very honored to have her. So we talked about psychic development and also gave some tips for the listeners on how to follow the inner guidance and see the signs from the Spirit. We also had great callers and I always LOVE to talk to people, so that was nice!
After the show I went to get a facial treatment! Its been so long since I have really given myself anything like that. Im usually so caught up with my work and creating something new like writing a book or planning a new show or working with clients. And don’t get me wrong. My work is the best in the world. I would do it for free if I had absolutely no need for an income!) =) Right now the trade of time and money works best. however, my point is that I put in so many hours to my work because it feels so important to me. I love all the people I work with and I love working with the angels. Everyday is different and always inspirational. But I did go out and give myself a treat today and i feel great! I should probably do that more often! I took the evening off and spent it with my two teenage sons watching three final episodes of Stargate SG1 season 10. We love that series! But, its 1.37am and here i am back feeling inspired, writing my blog!! =)
I had an amazing moment in my car today driving back home from downtown San Diego. I was there in the traffic and felt the busy and impatient thoughts of people. Suddenly my awareness expanded right there in the middle of the traffic and I just felt so much gratitude and love. I started tearing up from simply feeling so blessed to share that moment with all those people.. I felt so much compassion and love for everyone and everything. It was really something.. I thanked God for being the Creation that we all are.. and I was just crying…lol what a blissful moment there… Ive actually had several of those in the past few days.. one exactly like that just couple of days ago at the beach where I also started crying because I loved everyone and everything so much! Feeling such intense, overwhelming, beautiful sense of gratitude for being! Life is so beautiful.. so precious…sighs… I love you my dear reader, I want you to know that.
On Tuesday, next week I will fly off to Europe to spend the entire summer there, we won’t be back until August. More specifically I am spending the summer in Finland. I grew up in Finland and my family lives there so I am very excited to go back to see the people I love so much. I haven’t been there for 3 years so its been too long. Luckily my mother and my brothers have visited me here in California over the years though! So this trip is not only for meeting family, I will also be doing several Angel Workshops around the country and a Past Life Regression Healer Certification class also in Oulu. There’s so many things I need to do… making sure I have the course materials and informing everyone about the courses and so many organizational things to prepare.
My new book CREATING HEAVEN ON EARTH is also close to being ready and Ive already gotten lots of pre-orders for the book. Im very happy about that. This is the Finnish version but I will definitely keep you updated once I will start working with an editor here in the US to bring the book to you! I believe its a wonderful book and I will share stories from the book and wisdom here in my blog as well in the future. I wanted to give you a sort of an update on where this blog will be going. I haven’t really been writing recently because of all my time has really gone to launching my new Radio show, my new book AND the Finland journey!
