January is almost over...can you believe it?!
While I was spending the holidays with family in Finland, I had the opportunity to host a profound meditation workshop that reminded me of the importance of designing your life around your deepest desires and most important dreams.
I worked on my birthday to host this workshop, and honestly, it was the best birthday gift I could have imagined. My commitment to this work comes from my heart and soul. It is what I am here to teach, and it brings such a radiant joy to my life. Of course experiencing the power of the crystalline shift is what I would want for my birthday!
We have all done so much soul searching and deep inner work in 2018, but this new year is going to be so much lighter and easier.
As we have this sense that it is okay to commit to our dreams, that we are supported, that the way is well lit and lush, it’s important that we don’t get stuck in daydream land and miss out on taking action.
Rise up this year, and stop waiting!

I recently mentioned how 2018 is a year of retrogrades. Clearing out the past and letting go are HUGE themes right now on the planet!
Stories about relationships shifting, new love breaking up, and even deaths of loved ones have been rampant lately! It is so important to really understand that these retrogrades are here to support you, not sabotage you, so you can shift your perspective of letting go and use it to fuel your ascension.
Ideas of who you are and what your life is supposed to look like must be reprogrammed to align to a new vibration. The vision you’re holding of what your life is going to look like in the future can be released from the experience of struggle and soul torture!
If you’re going through this right now, I want to give you a big hug and send you so much love and the help of the angels! If you’re in the middle of letting go, let the angels hold you, help you, guide you, and lift some of your pain.
We’re here to learn and grow on this physical plane, so we can find the love and light vibration. We are also here to learn to let go. This is one of the biggest challenges of human experience.
Letting go is a part of our everyday life. People come and go. Homes come and go. Ages come and go. Decades come and go. Ideas about our future come and go. Relationships come and go.
Ultimately at the end of our physical experience, we are looking at letting go of the identity of who we think we are based on the life we have lived. The ultimate letting go is death, and we know that death is just a transition. In truth, every little letting go that we experience in life is simultaneously a small death and a birth of possibilities.
Even though we have had these retrograde experiences of challenges in romantic situations and with dear loved ones, we can soften these parts of the journey moving forward.
Moving on and letting go after something traumatic can feel difficult even when you are on a spiritual journey, talking to angels, and know the universe has your back. Human life gives you experiences where you need to go within and look at what you are holding on to that is creating this difficulty and struggle. This allows you to see what you need to release.
Can you release the anxiety and anguish?
Can you release the bitterness you are holding on to?
Can you shift into forgiveness and let go?
The more you are in the light, the more you know that you are protected and safe.
I believe you can learn to let go without becoming wounded and traumatized when something really big happens in your physical life. There are ways you can lighten your burden and do this in a more gentle, aligned way. If you’ve been following my videos for a while, you’ve heard me talk about twin flame relationships, and you know I have a bit of an unconventional view on them.
You may have heard that you only have one twin flame or been told that you passed up the opportunity and it will never come again.
This couldn’t be further from the truth.
Shifting out of this limited view of sacred, high vibrational relationships is key to our ascension. In fact, I even like to change the label of them so we can stop thinking about them as a once in a lifetime, with only one person, opportunity. I’ve started to use the term ‘twin star’ to refer to these divine connections.
These unions are becoming more and more common because we are collectively raising our vibration. It is now more available than ever for you to enter a sacred love union of twin stars with full conscious awareness of what you are creating.
When you come together with another beloved and conscious soul, both are willing and desire to come together to experience this union of oneness in love. This is truly a joint creation and not a universal accident. Twin star unions are healthy, successful relationships, not tragic cosmic love stories!
Twin stars share a love that is greater than any other force in this universe. When this union is formed you come together with your partner in so much love that the energy literally shakes this world and the paradigm structures of love.
The effects of twin star love are not just on the couple but ripple out to everyone on the planet! This is a part of our ascension process right now. It’s time for love to overcome all obstacles.
Together, twin stars will have to face a lot of fears and challenges. Maybe they have done a lot of work on themselves and raising their frequency, but this union always surprises with its force and magnitude. This very spiritual connection pulls out fears and insecurities. Whatever you have not dealt with yet will be reflected in the other person so that you can do this deep work together.
I don’t believe that twin stars are one soul that was once divided, because we are creators! We are manifesting gods and goddesses who have the power to create this type of union with another conscious, sacred soul who is ready to do massive energy work on this planet.
Your happiness is not dependent on another soul; rather, you are consciously creating your experience of reality and relationships.
Do you know anyone who doesn’t want to be ravished by love? It feels so divine! It is calling us! It is one of many parts of your ascension journeys to unify with another being so that you can expand into this universe.
Do you want to stay in the victimhood of old paradigm relationships, or are you ready to awaken to your highest potential and experience the most divine love that there is in this world?

“Oh, I know some people live in fulfillment, but what about me? My life feels so small!”
My dear, no one else is more special or divinely chosen to experience fulfillment than you.
When you expand into this knowledge that you are completely worthy of being fulfilled, anything is possible.
Imagine what that would FEEL like; the pleasure, connection, and flow you would feel in complete fulfillment in every area of your life.
Imagine living an orgasmic life every day!
Imagine being ravished by the greatest love of all!
Let us gods and goddesses rise up and rule this world with love!

When you look around your environment right now, does it match the glorious Crystalline vibration you’re beginning to create within yourself?
As you slowly scan this space you’re in, do you see little parts of your soul mirrored back to you? The places within that you’ve upgraded and the ones that still need a bit of care?

The reason I believe your home, in particular, is so important is that it is the hub of your most important activities and relationships. It’s where you have big belly laughs with your children, dinners around the family table, and create a sacred sexual connection with your lover.
Your home is an extension of your energy. It is a place to be honored with the highest frequency possible.
You can start visualizing your ideal home today and start bringing that energy into your space.
Then, in no time, you will find yourself living in that place and the vibration of your magnificent dream home.
The two tips I want to share with you today are not about protecting your space out of fear — that is NOT the Atlantean way!
When you protect your space with these energetic tips what you’re really doing is affirming the safety and light energy of your space. This way, you maintain and nurture the energy of your space instead of bringing a vibration of fear into it!

Have you truly allowed yourself to dream BIG lately?
There’s something about stretching yourself beyond what you think is possible that activates your highest potential. That something is the Crystalline frequency of the 5th dimension.
It is in the 5th dimensional high vibrational frequency where you are your authentic true self; calling in your soul’s and heart’s desires; allowing the universe to support you in the most beautiful way making your dreams come true.
When you go beyond your fears and the comfort zone of the 3rd dimension, you shift out of scarcity and limitation into a sacred vibration—the Crystalline vibration.
Sometimes just conjuring your dreams is the most challenging thing to do because of all your pre-programmed ideas about what your dreams should be.
You might even find that you’re holding on to dreams that your parents instilled in you or dreams that the media and culture have told you are “right” for you.
In order to gain clarity on what YOUR highest vision is, you get to push yourself past these illusions, stop settling for less, and allow yourself to dream big, really big!
Reach higher! You can do this! I believe in you! The angels believe in you!
Whatever scarcity you may be feeling in your life, whatever you’re having to deal with right now… I’m here to remind you that what you deserve is to live your most amazing life.
